	Plant Location: Palodiya Village
	Plant is capable of producing and testing transformers up to 50 MVA, 132 KV Class
	Maximum crane capacity 100 T
	In house fabrication facilities for manufacturing tanks up to 20 MVA transformers

Testing

Electrotherm is recognized for its dynamic adaptation of technology through sheer flexibility in manufacturing operations. The world-class manufacturing and testing facilities are equipped with all requisite modern equipments for immaculate quality assurance. Each transformer undergoes all tests confirming to IS:1180, IEC 60076 Part 1-5 & 11 and IS:2026 by qualified and experienced engineers with precision grade instruments. Following tests are conducted:

	Measurement of Voltage ratio
	Measurement of Insulation Resistance
	Measurement of No Load Losses and Magnetizing Current
	Induced over Voltage Test
	Checking of Vector Group and Polarity
	Separate source High Voltage with Standing Test
	Measurement of Load Losses and Impedance Voltage
	Measurement of winding Resistance
	Measurement of Zero Sequence Impedance
	Temperature Rise Test Transformer tank
	Pressure and Vacuum Testing of Transformer tank
	Checking of Dielectric Strength of Transformer Oil
